Purchases can be make on our main website www.alohaoutlet.com.  Click on the corresponding link or image an a separate page where you can place orders will appear.

Do you accept orders by phone or e-mail?

Orders are ONLY made online, through the AlohaOutlet website.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer Free U.S. Domestic shipping on most items except for some Hawaiian Instruments. For more information on U.S. Shipping or International shipping, please click  here.

Will Hawaii sales tax be imposed on my orders?

No, the Hawaii state tax will not be charged.

Are tariffs imposed?

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

When customs clearance procedures are required it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Why did my credit card company charge me even if I canceled the order?

Before refunds are issued, stores will check if you have finalized your cancellation in the "Track Order" section. Sometimes your credit card may impose a fee, please check your credit card's policies as well. For the charge of your purchase(s), you will only receive a refund if you have cancelled your order in a timely manner or you have returned the item for a reason that is compliant with the store's return policy. When will my credit card be charged?

Per our policy at the AlohaOutlet SelectShop, you only pay for item(s) when we ship them to you (unless it is a custom order). If the credit card is invalid, we will send you an e-mail with instructions to update your credit card information. Please note that this may delay your estimated delivery time.

How do I verify my order?

You will receive an e-mail regarding your order. Your order can also be verified through by logging into My Account. You must login using your registered e-mail address and password.

Where do I inquire about my orders after I have placed an order?

Please log into My Account at www.AlohaOutlet.com and click the detail/inquiry button to send an inquiry regarding your order.

How do I cancel an order after the order is placed?

1) Please contact us by logging into My Account.

2) Please click on the order to view more details and there is will be a cancel request button for each item.

3) We will contact you as soon as possible regarding your cancel request.


Delivery

What shipping options are available?

We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS). The U.S. domestic delivery time is normally 3-5 business days. International delivery is normally 7-10 business days. Please click  here  for more information.

I did not receive my package yet.

Please check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Delivery may take longer since we are shipping from Hawaii. Delays may occur frequently during the holiday season due to more shipments.

Can I request a special time/date for my delivery to arrive?

We are unable to have the package delivered at a special time/date because the delivery is determined by the shipping option.

Can you send my order to an address that is not mine?

Yes, you may enter a shipping address at the 2nd step of the checkout for your package to be shipped to.
